Responsibilities
- Analyze and document information needs with business and technical stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into practical data solutions
- Define ETL and ELT processes, analytical models, and BI solutions
- Prepare functional specifications, source-to-target documents, and data mappings
- Analyze complex data sources using advanced SQL
- Support development, testing, and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in data systems analysis, BI, data warehousing, or data analytics
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience defining ETL processes and data mappings
- Experience working with business stakeholders and leading requirements-gathering processes
- Ability to connect business and technical perspectives
- Systematic thinking and strong analytical capabilities
Nice to have
- Experience working in large organizations
- Knowledge of insurance or financial services
- Experience with AWS cloud environments
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Informatica
- Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, data governance, or data quality
