Responsibilities
- Build reports and dashboards in Tableau.
- Perform statistical analysis and translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Explain data trends and business performance to non-technical audiences.
- Integrate data from multiple sources through ETL processes.
- Optimize query logic, indexes, and joins for large-scale datasets.
- Administer Tableau Server and troubleshoot performance or access issues.
- Collaborate with the analytics team and support delivery deadlines.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in data analytics.
- At least 2 years of hands-on Tableau experience, including report and dashboard development and Tableau Prep.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL processes and multi-source data integration.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and optimizing queries, indexes, and joins.
- Experience administering Tableau Server, including user management, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and data storytelling skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python libraries including pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, or Plotly.
- Experience with BigQuery and Dataform.
- Knowledge of airlines, transportation, logistics, or vacation industries.
