Lead a team of approximately eight developers within an enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence environment. Own delivery planning, process architecture, development standards, and team mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage approximately eight developers
- Plan, build, and validate project and team work plans
- Design data and development processes and guide their implementation
- Lead development methodologies and operational processes
- Guide and mentor developers, including junior team members
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and interfaces
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a technological DWH, BI, or data role within a large enterprise
- At least 1 year of experience leading a data warehouse development team
- Hands-on Informatica development experience
- Strong knowledge of BI and data methodologies
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Basic familiarity with on-premises data infrastructure, databases, and ETL processes
Nice to have
- PL/SQL experience
- Python, Lakehouse, cloud, Airflow, or Tenzor experience
- Experience with innovative data technologies
