Full-time hybrid position based at headquarters in Lod, combining office and remote work. The role manages data collection processes, organizational databases, Power BI dashboards, analysis, and implementation of data-driven decision-making with program and school managers.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage data-collection processes, including questionnaires and mapping tools
- Establish, maintain, and manage organizational data repositories without requiring SQL or database administration expertise
- Develop Power BI dashboards
- Analyze data to produce actionable insights and develop analytical tools
- Train and support program and school managers in using data for effective on-the-ground decision-making
Requirements
- At least two years of experience developing or implementing business intelligence solutions or working as a data analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as industrial engineering and management, economics, statistics, data science, or quantitatively focused social sciences
- Statistical understanding and the ability to translate data into practical insights
- Strong ability to independently learn technological tools
- Excellent interpersonal communication and the ability to work with field managers
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft 365 or monday.com
- Knowledge of Python
