Lead BI and analytics activities for a medical organization in Jerusalem, from business requirements through delivery of advanced information solutions to end users.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the organization’s BI and analytics activities.
- Provide professional and managerial leadership for the BI team.
- Lead enterprise data architecture.
- Plan and develop BI and analytics solutions.
- Own ETL processes and the enterprise data warehouse.
- Oversee reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data quality.
- Work with hospital leadership, business stakeholders, and technology units.
- Promote technology innovation and improve data-driven processes.
- Address the organization’s analytical needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in BI and data.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a BI team or professionally leading a data team.
- Significant experience developing and implementing BI solutions in a Microsoft environment.
- Experience developing and managing enterprise ETL and data warehouse processes.
- Experience leading cross-organizational technology projects.
- Experience working with senior business stakeholders and executives.
- Experience developing and implementing Power BI in a large organization.
- Experience working with SQL Server and building analytical models.
- An academic degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, industrial engineering and management, or a related field; proven professional training in BI, data, and analytics may be accepted instead.
