A software R&D company is hiring a senior security researcher and engineer for hybrid work in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The role covers security research, reverse engineering, low-level systems, AI internals, and production security engineering for technology clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct security and vulnerability research.
- Reverse engineer software, binaries, and firmware using tools such as IDA Pro or Ghidra.
- Build security research tools and proof-of-concepts.
- Research AI systems, agents, model integrations, and underlying behavior.
- Analyze operating-system internals, low-level APIs, and system components.
- Design and implement security mechanisms, monitoring systems, and analysis tools.
- Write production-quality code in C/C++, Rust, Go, Python, or other relevant languages.
- Collaborate with engineers and security researchers on client projects.
- Document and communicate technical findings clearly.
Requirements
- Typically 8+ years of relevant experience; exceptional candidates with 4+ years may be considered for a junior track.
- Strong experience in several areas including security or vulnerability research, reverse engineering, operating-system internals, C/C++, Rust, Go, Python, Assembly, exploit development, offensive security, program analysis, network protocols, application security, low-level debugging, or systems programming.
- A formal degree is welcome but not required when supported by strong relevant experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI internals, cloud security, containers, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, or embedded systems.
