Cybersecurity consulting role focused on Microsoft 365 security transformation, cloud and endpoint protection, identity, compliance, and enterprise client advisory work. The position is full-time and hybrid in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support enterprise Microsoft 365 security transformation initiatives.
- Design and implement cloud security, endpoint security, identity, and compliance solutions.
- Advise clients on cyber risk reduction and Microsoft security best practices.
- Drive endpoint management and modernization projects using Intune and Defender for Endpoint.
- Support migrations from legacy or third-party security tools to Microsoft solutions.
- Improve endpoint visibility, compliance, governance, and cloud-based device management.
- Translate business and security requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, architects, and project teams throughout delivery.
- Participate in solution design, technical workshops, and strategic security assessments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in technical consulting, solution design, architecture, and client-facing advisory roles.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and implementation, including several of Teams, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and SharePoint Online.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Strong consulting, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Hands-on project experience with SCCM, GPO policy migration, Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Defender XDR, or Defender Vulnerability Management.
- Experience with Microsoft endpoint security platforms.
- Experience supporting enterprise customers and complex environments.
