Join a global enterprise security team to operate and improve hybrid identity platforms, automate identity processes, and advance Zero Trust capabilities across a complex organization.
Responsibilities
- Operate and continuously improve hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environments, including upgrades, incident response, and third-party integrations.
- Implement identity security capabilities such as SSO, conditional access, MFA, and privileged access controls.
- Build automation and agentic workflows for identity lifecycle management, access requests, directory hygiene, and service account governance.
- Implement controls for service accounts, workload identities, machine credentials, and AI agents, including provisioning, scoping, credential rotation, and lifecycle cleanup.
- Use telemetry, health checks, anomaly detection, and AI-assisted diagnostics to improve infrastructure visibility and stability.
- Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and business technology teams on the identity and access management roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Active Directory experience.
- At least 2 years of Entra ID or Azure AD experience in a hybrid environment.
- Strong knowledge of single sign-on, multifactor authentication, conditional access, federation, privileged account management, secrets and password vaulting, and Zero Trust principles.
- Hands-on scripting and automation experience with PowerShell or a similar tool.
- Practical experience using AI tools in engineering work.
- Strong security mindset and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal and global collaboration skills.
