Work closely with the CTO to shape the development organization’s technical direction, accelerate engineering processes, and advance secure, scalable systems across the company.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CTO on organization-wide technical initiatives
- Define and improve security architecture across the development organization
- Design and evolve secure, cloud-native distributed systems
- Drive infrastructure security, key management, and scalability for complex systems
- Accelerate engineering processes and support organizational and technical advancement
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in cybersecurity
- At least 5 years of backend engineering experience, including large-scale system design
- Strong architectural thinking and experience designing cloud-native, distributed systems
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, microservices, and Go
- Experience in a high-growth startup or mission-critical infrastructure environment
- Ability to work independently and mentor engineering teams
- Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and quality
- Experience with key management and infrastructure security

- Experience with cloud cost optimization or resource management
