Lead customer onboarding and migration into a private cloud environment. Design secure network architectures, execute migrations, and support customers after transition.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding workshops and assess existing environments
- Support secure network architecture design for private cloud environments
- Create low-level design documentation, including network diagrams, IP plans, firewall rules, and routing
- Execute VPN, NAT, and routing migrations with minimal downtime
- Apply security practices including Zero Trust and FortiGate security features
- Provide post-migration support to maintain stability and performance
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with cloud or on-premises migration projects
- Strong experience with FortiGate firewalls, NGFW, and VDOMs
- Experience with Cisco networking equipment and BGP or OSPF routing
- Familiarity with VMware vSphere or NSX, or Hyper-V
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation and manage multiple tasks
- Strong customer communication skills
Nice to have
- Familiarity with MPLS, L3VPN, or VRFs
- Python scripting or automation skills
- Experience in ISP or MSP environments
- NSE 4+ or CCNP certification
