Lead cross-organizational governance, risk, compliance, and information security projects for an organization in Central Israel.
Responsibilities
- Lead GRC and information security projects and processes
- Manage third-party and supply-chain risk assessments and controls
- Coordinate penetration testing and periodic controls, track remediation, and close identified gaps
- Track internal and external audit findings and manage remediation plans through closure
- Work with business and technology stakeholders to address and formally close findings
- Validate procedures, controls, and work processes against regulatory and business requirements
- Write and maintain information security, cybersecurity, and compliance policies, procedures, guidelines, and methodologies
- Collaborate with audit, regulatory, information security, IT, and business teams
Requirements
- At least two years of GRC experience in a financial company or consulting firm
- Experience leading cross-organizational processes and projects with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with Bank of Israel directives, financial regulations, and relevant compliance requirements
- Strong task management, organization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
