A project management company specializing in residential development and construction projects is seeking a construction inspector for a field-based role in central Israel.
Responsibilities
- Inspect construction work and verify quality against plans, specifications, and project requirements.
- Track construction progress, schedules, defects, tasks, and completion activities.
- Coordinate ongoing work with contractors, site managers, consultants, and designers.
Requirements
- Civil engineering degree or building engineering technician qualification.
- Previous experience in construction inspection and/or execution on residential projects.
- Ability to read construction plans and understand execution details.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Organized, responsible, independent, and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI tools.
