Lead an onsite construction team delivering overhead catenary system installation for rail infrastructure. Ensure work follows designs, procedures, schedules, quality controls, permits, and health and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the team’s overhead catenary erection and installation activities.
- Allocate team workloads and organize tasks to achieve performance, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
- Ensure catenary installation conforms to basic and detailed designs, procedures, QA/QC requirements, schedules, and work permits.
- Manage applicable lockout/tagout and track-access procedures for the team.
- Implement the onsite quality and HSE plans.
- Collect data and prepare daily team, quality-control, equipment, material-consumption, and plant or tool service reports.
- Coordinate technical matters, equipment or material non-conformities, and site concerns with construction management.
- Monitor machinery servicing and maintain equipment availability.
Requirements
- Experience leading teams on construction or rail infrastructure projects.
- Ability to apply method statements, installation procedures, quality systems, and work schedules.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements and work permit procedures.
- Ability to coordinate installation activities and report technical issues, non-conformities, and site concerns.
- Willingness to work onsite in Israel and be based at the project location.
