Manage client-side construction projects from planning and permitting through structural works, finishing, and final handover. The role combines site and office work in a real estate services environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from planning and permitting through structural frame, finishing works, and handover
- Build, monitor, and manage project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers on site
- Oversee execution quality, site progress, and compliance with project requirements
- Coordinate consultants, planners, contractors, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Support permitting and approval processes with local authorities, including Form 4 procedures
- Identify project challenges, support engineering problem-solving, and drive practical solutions
- Maintain communication, follow-up, and documentation across project interfaces
Requirements
- Mandatory bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 1–3 years of construction industry experience
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Project
- Strong organizational skills, discipline, and attention to detail
- Ability to work across site and office environments
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to manage priorities and learn in a dynamic project environment
Nice to have
- Previous construction execution or site-work experience
- Familiarity with BIM or Revit
