Responsibilities
- Lead complex Salesforce projects end to end
- Design Salesforce solutions and technical architecture
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Manage integrations and enterprise architecture
- Lead development, implementation, and QA teams
- Provide hands-on technical and technological leadership
Requirements
- Approximately 12 years of experience in technology or information systems
- At least 6 years of substantial Salesforce experience
- Strong development and coding background with hands-on Salesforce expertise
- Expertise in Salesforce data and security models, Flows, and API integrations
- Experience leading technology projects and matrix teams
- Experience designing Salesforce solutions and complex enterprise integrations
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Nice to have
- Experience in enterprise organizations
- Background in financial services, insurance, or investment firms
- Experience building Salesforce solutions from scratch
- Salesforce Architect certification
