Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle development.
- Conduct user interviews, analyze data, and monitor competitors to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses.
- Define requirements and user stories and collaborate with engineering through launch.
- Translate customer feedback and support pain points into product decisions.
- Integrate the AI app and website builder into the broader product ecosystem and improve the end-to-end customer journey.
- Define and track activation, churn, usage, conversion, NPS, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Coordinate multi-brand rollouts with commercial product management, marketing, and sales.
- Embed AI methods into daily product management practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of product management experience with digital SaaS, web, or app products.
- Substantial experience in AI-driven product development.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent workflows, including an understanding of token economics.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using commercial and product KPIs.
- Experience working with engineering teams in agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with Jira and translating product vision into practical delivery.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.

- Practical experience with AI builders or vibe-coding tools.
- Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and token economics.
- Understanding of product guardrails and AI-specific testing and measurement.
