Manage the trauma medical device portfolio from launch through the product lifecycle, supporting marketing, sales, customers, and international events from Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute product launches.
- Manage the trauma product portfolio and product lifecycle.
- Develop marketing materials and product presentations.
- Support sales through national and international customer visits.
- Monitor and communicate market trends and competitor activity.
- Deliver product training and customer presentations.
- Participate in and organize symposia, congresses, and workshops.
- Prepare and follow up on workshops and manage product samples and screening materials.
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, engineering, or medical technology, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Several years of professional experience in product management, ideally in medical technology.
- Strong customer and market orientation.
- Analytical and conceptual skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Business-fluent English, written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for customer visits and events.
Nice to have
- Previous product management experience in medical technology.
- Additional language skills.
- Experience with trauma or orthopedic products.
