Lead the discovery, development, launch, and iteration of technology products for elite football. Use expertise in tactical, coaching, performance-analysis, tracking, and data workflows to identify customer needs and create value for clubs, leagues, broadcasters, and other partners.
Responsibilities
- Identify pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities across elite football
- Lead product discovery using tactical, coaching, and performance-analysis expertise
- Shape product propositions by defining users, problems, value, and differentiation
- Own initiatives from discovery and validation through prioritization, development, launch, and iteration
- Collaborate with engineering, computer vision, machine learning, analytics, design, research, commercial, and stakeholder teams
- Partner with commercial and business development teams on product opportunities for clubs, leagues, broadcasters, and other partners
- Use customer feedback, product data, market insight, prototypes, and experiments to validate and improve products
- Support customer discussions, demonstrations, and proofs of concept with elite-football expertise
Requirements
- At least 3 years of product management experience, ideally in technology, sports technology, data, analytics, gaming, or another technically complex environment
- At least 3 years of professional experience working in or directly with elite football, such as performance analysis, coaching, technical analysis, or sports technology
- Deep understanding of elite football tactics, coaching and analysis workflows, and professional-game technologies
- Credibility with league representatives, coaches, analysts, technical staff, and senior football practitioners
- Strong analytical and product judgment using customer insight, quantitative evidence, technical context, and commercial considerations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Established professional network across elite football clubs, leagues, coaching, or performance analysis
- UEFA C Licence or higher coaching qualification
- Experience in high-performance environments
- Swedish language skills
