Lead Product Manager, Paid Search

Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and growth of data products supporting paid search and customer acquisition. Partner with engineering, growth data, marketing, and leadership in a hybrid Berlin-based role.
Responsibilities
- Define the strategy, goals, and roadmap for paid search data products
- Own product outcomes from strategy through delivery
- Treat signals, feeds, bidding inputs, and attribution capabilities as products with consumers and contracts
- Partner with engineering to build and ship back-end automation and data products
- Align paid search technology, growth data, marketing, and leadership stakeholders
- Prioritize initiatives using data, customer insight, and experimentation
- Interpret experiment results and determine follow-up actions
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional product management experience
- Experience building data products or machine-learning-adjacent products, such as signal pipelines, feature stores, ML platforms, bidding, pricing, ranking, or attribution systems
- Ability to reason about model-driven products, feedback loops, and guardrails
- Previous end-to-end product ownership covering strategy, KPIs, goals, and roadmap
- Strong data analytics skills and the ability to derive insights from large datasets
- Experience using experimentation to guide product decisions

- Experience with SaaS products, marketplaces, or the travel industry
