Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for milestone and celebration experiences
- Partner with Product Design and Engineering on shared product direction and delivery
- Research administrator, program-owner, and employee needs and translate findings into priorities
- Improve automated milestone detection and timely personalized celebrations
- Use data, research, and experimentation to measure participation, response, delivery, and engagement
- Collaborate with enterprise customers and internal teams on program, cultural, and regional requirements
- Deliver localized, multilingual, and culturally appropriate experiences at global scale
- Mentor and coach other Product Managers
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on product management experience
- Experience shipping digital products end to end in SaaS or B2B2C environments
- Advanced experience working in a product triad or closely partnering with Design and Engineering
- Ability to use data, research, and experimentation to guide product decisions and measure results
- Strong communication and stakeholder-alignment skills
Nice to have
- Experience in employee experience, engagement, HR technology, or recognition platforms
- Experience with automated or triggered experiences, personalization, messaging, or notifications
- Familiarity with HRIS integrations such as Workday or SuccessFactors
- Comfort using SQL or business intelligence tools to explore engagement and sentiment data
- Interest in applying AI and emerging technology to product experiences
