Senior Product Manager – Digital Commerce and Loyalty Platforms
Lead the strategy, delivery, optimization, and lifecycle management of digital commerce, customer engagement, and loyalty capabilities across web and mobile ecosystems. This fully remote role is open to candidates across Canada and offers annual compensation of approximately CAD $125,000–$135,000.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy for digital commerce, customer engagement, and loyalty capabilities
- Lead implementation, evolution, continuous optimization, and launches across web and mobile applications
- Build and maintain roadmaps aligned with customer and business objectives
- Translate customer and business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on value and impact
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
- Coordinate engineering, UX, business, marketing, operations, and other stakeholders
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery
- Partner with UX and design teams on accessible, intuitive, conversion-focused experiences
- Coordinate go-to-market planning and product launches
- Define and monitor conversion, retention, engagement, and digital revenue metrics
- Use customer feedback, support trends, analytics, and system insights to guide prioritization
- Support payment, security, compliance, and enterprise best-practice alignment
- Manage relationships with payment, analytics, marketing, and other technology providers
- Prepare product reporting and executive updates
- Maintain product documentation, release plans, and governance records
Requirements
- 5–10 years of product management experience, preferably with digital products, e-commerce, or commerce platforms
- Professional proficiency in Spanish is required
- Experience leading digital product implementations and managing products across their lifecycle
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
- Demonstrated ownership of product roadmaps and backlogs
- Ability to write user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Understanding of e-commerce metrics such as conversion, retention, engagement, and revenue
- Experience collaborating with engineering, UX/design, marketing, operations, and business stakeholders
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills using customer and product performance data
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including executive presentations
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution, organization, and continuous-improvement skills
Nice to have
- Experience with loyalty or rewards programs
- Experience with omnichannel commerce, payment integrations, checkout optimization, or high-volume transactional environments
- Retail or financial services experience
- Experience managing or collaborating with third-party technology vendors
- Certified Scrum Product Owner, Agile, or Product Management certification
