A leading computer services company specializing in cloud services is seeking a Tier 1 Technical Support Representative for its IT helpdesk and support center in Tel Aviv.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues remotely as a Tier 1 support representative
- Create, manage, and configure user accounts and mailboxes in Active Directory and Office 365
- Support remote connections, configure VPN access, and maintain remote desktop environments using RDS
- Perform basic monitoring and initial troubleshooting of physical and virtual servers
- Configure and troubleshoot network printers and other enterprise endpoint equipment
