Lead an IT infrastructure team while staying hands-on with global on-premises, cloud, and hybrid systems. The role is based in Petah Tikva and follows a hybrid work model.

- Lead, mentor, and develop an IT systems team.
- Own and improve global datacenter, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure.
- Deliver infrastructure projects, upgrades, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
- Act as a senior technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
- Manage virtualization, servers, storage, backup, and endpoint infrastructure.
- Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell and/or Python.
- Support and improve Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure and promote infrastructure-as-code and modern DevOps practices.
- Improve infrastructure security, availability, reliability, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with global teams and business stakeholders.
דרישות
- At least 4 years leading IT systems, infrastructure, or DevOps teams in a high-tech environment.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft infrastructure and Microsoft 365.
- Strong VMware vSphere experience.
- Hands-on Azure experience and familiarity with AWS and hybrid cloud security fundamentals.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and macOS.
- Experience with Intune and Jamf Pro or comparable endpoint management tools.
- Experience with enterprise storage and backup environments.
- PowerShell and/or Python scripting experience.
- Familiarity with Terraform, CloudFormation, or comparable infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Strong project delivery and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills.
- Hands-on, ownership-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills.
