Provide technical and business support to users of an advanced financial system, working with business customers and large organizations. The role is based in Petah Tikva, with hours of 08:00–17:00 and possible hybrid work after training.

  • Support users of the Meteor system and provide technical and business assistance
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues
  • Work with product, development, and service teams

דרישות

  • Meaningful prior experience in technical or application support for customers
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve issues independently
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with information systems
  • Good English and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
