An organization is seeking a System Administrator to manage IT infrastructure, user accounts, servers, endpoints, permissions, and technical support operations.

- Lead multi-user IT projects, including software, hardware, and printer implementation, upgrades, and replacement.
- Create and manage Active Directory users, mailboxes, permissions, backups, and restorations.
- Manage Group Policy, Active Directory, and user access permissions.
- Maintain and administer email, network, and print servers.
- Maintain computers, printers, and peripheral equipment.
- Provide end-user support for workstations and operating systems.
- Manage the organization’s IT procurement activities.
- Provide ongoing professional guidance and technical support.
- Coordinate technical providers and internal and external stakeholders.

- Technical orientation and strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, user administration, permissions, and mailboxes.
- Experience managing servers for email, networking, and printing.
- Experience with backups and data restoration.
- Experience maintaining computers, printers, and peripheral equipment.
- Experience supporting end users and endpoint workstations.
- Experience with Windows operating system upgrades.
- Experience supporting communications infrastructure and working with NAC.
- MCSA certification or equivalent.

- Experience synchronizing mobile phones and tablets with organizational mail servers.
- Experience migrating and managing mailboxes, including mailbox transfers and storage changes.
- Experience coordinating internal and external technical teams.
- Experience supporting Android and Apple operating systems.
- Experience working with software and technology vendors.
- Experience supporting senior personnel in key roles.
- Experience managing service operations, including training, procedures, reporting, and service improvements.
- Security clearance.
- MCSA certification or equivalent.
