Full-time, on-site role providing technical support to an organization of more than 300 users and maintaining and upgrading its IT systems and infrastructure.

- Provide technical support to the organization.
- Upgrade systems and plan and establish new infrastructure.
- Manage user accounts and permissions.
- Configure VPN access and support remote connections.
- Maintain and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and monitors.
דרישות
- At least 3 years of system administration experience in an organization with dozens or hundreds of users.
- Experience with Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Experience managing users and permissions, remote access tools, and VPN configuration.
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting workstations, printers, and monitors.
- Ability to work independently.
