A large international logistics company is seeking a part-time student IT Support Specialist to assist employees with help desk issues and requests, provide onsite computing support, monitor core systems, and perform basic server and workstation tasks.

  • Handle employee incidents and requests through a ticketing system, including critical overnight issues
  • Provide onsite physical IT support
  • Perform tasks and projects as needed
  • Monitor core systems using a dedicated monitoring platform
  • Troubleshoot and maintain servers and workstations as required
  • Learn information systems technologies as part of the role

דרישות

  • Technical understanding
  • Experience in office work
  • Availability for two evening shifts per week from Sunday to Thursday, 17:00–22:00
  • Availability for a Friday shift from 08:00–12:00
  • Ability to reach the employer’s site at Ben Gurion Airport is mandatory
