A global organization is seeking a Senior Tier 3 IT Support Specialist to manage Microsoft environments, enterprise collaboration tools, access controls, and complex technical issues.

תחומי אחריות

  • Manage and operate the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment
  • Administer enterprise collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams and Zoom
  • Provide ongoing service and technical support to system administrators and endpoint support teams
  • Resolve complex technical incidents
  • Manage user and system permissions

דרישות

  • At least three years of Tier 2/3 support experience in Microsoft-based organizations
  • Experience managing Windows Server and Active Directory environments
  • Experience with Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA, user and device management, app registration, and SSO
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint Online and Exchange Online
  • Experience with Intune
  • Experience managing Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and videoconferencing equipment
  • Good English for communication in a global environment
