Senior IT Manager – Systems, Network and Support
Lead and scale global IT operations across identity management, endpoint administration, enterprise networking, security, compliance, and user support. The role combines hands-on technical ownership with team guidance, automation, vendor management, and cross-functional communication.

- Own and extend SSO integrations across identity platforms using SAML and OIDC.
- Automate user provisioning, role changes, access reviews, MFA enforcement, and secure offboarding.
- Manage macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android fleets through MDM, including patching, encryption, compliance, and zero-touch deployment.
- Design and maintain switching, VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise Wi-Fi.
- Deploy and optimize next-generation firewall and network monitoring environments.
- Oversee endpoint protection, email security, centralized logging, vulnerability remediation, and compliance support for SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
- Lead IT incident response and create runbooks and permanent corrective actions.
- Manage helpdesk performance, SLAs, escalations, triage, documentation, assets, licenses, vendors, and procurement budgets.
- Mentor junior team members and communicate technical issues clearly to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.

- At least 3 years of experience in IT systems, network infrastructure, or IT operations, with hands-on ownership of production environments.
- Experience implementing SSO integrations and automated SCIM provisioning.
- Experience managing multi-operating-system device fleets at scale through MDM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of packet capture analysis, VLAN design, enterprise Wi-Fi, and 802.1X protocols.
- Strong security judgment, including access-control principles and blast-radius assessment.
- Hands-on scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and user-support skills.

- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, Network+, Security+, or vendor credentials.
- Experience in a high-growth, multi-site, or regulated environment.
- Experience supporting an organization through its first formal compliance audit.
