Join an in-house technical support team in a full-time Tel Aviv role focused on PC hardware, software and end-user support.

תחומי אחריות

  • Repair desktop and laptop computers, including hardware and software issues.
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support to end users.
  • Operate systems, perform routine maintenance, and carry out imaging and BIOS procedures.
  • Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

דרישות

  • At least 2 years of experience as a PC technician.
  • Proven experience disassembling and assembling computers and troubleshooting faults.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office and printers.
  • Computer technician course certification is required.
  • Category B driving license is required.
  • Good English skills and strong self-learning ability.
