A large automotive company is seeking a Tier 2 PC and Network Technician to provide technical support for users, endpoints, and network-related issues in the Shephelah area.

תחומי אחריות

  • Provide Tier 2 PC and endpoint support
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, Office, and communication issues
  • Support Windows 10/11 workstations and Microsoft systems
  • Assist with Active Directory and network-related issues in a multi-server environment

דרישות

  • At least 3 years of experience as a PC Technician in a similar role
  • At least 3 years of Tier 2 PC support experience
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, endpoint, and communication issues
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, networking, and environments with multiple servers and endpoint workstations
  • Experience with Microsoft systems
  • Strong technical aptitude
