  • Provide support and guidance to lecturers and students using Moodle
  • Respond to user requests by email and telephone
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time
  • Deliver in-person training for system users
  • Write user guides and produce training videos
  • Manage Moodle environments, including setup and ongoing maintenance

  • Strong technical aptitude and interest in information systems
  • Interest in developing a long-term career in the field
  • Availability for full-time, on-site work in Tel Aviv
