A stable IT services company is seeking a responsible, service-oriented PC technician for full-time work in Ashkelon. The role combines customer support, field service, troubleshooting, and computer installations.

תחומי אחריות

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktop and laptop computers
  • Install operating systems, drivers, software, and peripheral equipment
  • Provide in-person and telephone technical support to customers
  • Resolve basic network issues involving printers, file sharing, and internet connectivity
  • Manage and update service-ticket systems
  • Provide on-site technical service to customers

דרישות

  • At least one year of previous experience as a PC technician
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Valid driving license
  • Service-oriented and responsible approach

יתרון

  • MCSA or CCNA certification
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Outlook, and network printers
  • Previous field service experience with customers
