- Install software and support business applications

- Previous knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience installing software
- Basic knowledge of DNS and DHCP
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Good technical understanding and ability to learn new systems quickly
