A defense organization is seeking a junior IT support professional to provide real-time technical assistance to employees and build practical experience in infrastructure support.

  • Provide help desk and PC support to organizational employees
  • Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, software, Windows, Office, and email issues
  • Manage users and permissions in Active Directory
  • Work with Exchange in an enterprise environment
  • Deliver professional, real-time technical solutions to users

דרישות

  • At least one year of experience in technical support, help desk, or PC support, including military experience
  • Experience troubleshooting network and communications issues
  • Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with Active Directory and Exchange
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Service-oriented approach and ability to support users in real time
