- Own and improve global IT operations, including help desk support, systems administration, endpoint management, and infrastructure.
- Translate business and technology needs into scalable IT solutions, policies, and strategic roadmaps.
- Lead the information security program and support compliance with global regulatory frameworks.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered tools and automation across IT workflows.
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing distributed IT team.
- Lead IT initiatives end to end and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
דרישות
- 8+ years of IT experience in a global technology or SaaS company.
- At least 5 years of people management experience.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with ITSM platforms, endpoint management tools, and IAM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks.
- Experience managing security operations, incident response, and risk management.
- Strong project management, vendor management, and people leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Relevant CISSP, CISM, ITIL, AWS, or Azure certifications.
- Experience evaluating emerging AI and automation technologies for IT operations.
