A global organization in Israel is seeking an Information Systems and Technology Operations Coordinator to support users, enterprise systems, ticketing processes, procurement, vendors, and mobile services across local and international interfaces.

- Provide ongoing support to organizational users.
- Work with enterprise systems and ticketing platforms.
- Operate procurement and vendor-management processes.
- Manage the organization’s mobile services.
- Coordinate technology operations and interfaces with teams in Israel and abroad.
- Work with operational data and multiple internal and international stakeholders.
דרישות
- Previous experience in an operational, technology, or information systems role in an enterprise environment.
- Experience working in a global environment.
- High-level written and spoken English.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas.
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Google Sheets.
- Experience with ticketing or request-management systems such as Jira.
