A large organization in Tel Aviv is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist for full-time internal technical support. The role operates Sunday through Thursday, with one Friday shift per month, during morning hours.

  • Manage users and permissions in Active Directory
  • Support Windows operating systems, Office 365, endpoint equipment, and internal applications

דרישות

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office 365, endpoint equipment, and internal applications
  • Experience managing users and permissions in Active Directory
  • Customer-focused approach, patience, and good interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work long term

יתרון

  • IT certifications such as network administration, MCSA, cybersecurity, or information security certifications
  • Prior technical support experience, including military experience
