End-User Computing Specialist

Provide hands-on end-user computing services for enterprise customers, including EUC architecture, design, implementation, administration, technical support, maintenance, and project delivery.

- Plan and architect EUC solutions from infrastructure through end-user devices
- Design and document high-level and low-level EUC solutions and procedures
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain EUC platforms
- Lead EUC projects, create work plans, set deadlines, and drive execution
- Test emerging technologies, identify customer use cases, and lead proof-of-concept activities
- Provide technical support, fault resolution, and timely customer feedback in line with service-level agreements
- Perform scheduled maintenance during business and, when required, non-business hours
- Own patching and upgrade projects for EUC environments
- Manage customer queries and escalated issues
- Maintain technical knowledge through documentation, lab testing, and required certifications
דרישות
- At least 3 years of experience maintaining and supporting enterprise Microsoft environments
- Experience with VDI or terminal infrastructure
- Strong experience with Horizon by Omnissa
- Experience creating and managing end-user policies with Group Policy Objects
- Experience creating desktop and EUC platform images
- Knowledge of virtual infrastructure, preferably VMware vSphere
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex user workspace issues
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Valid driver's license
