Drive revenue operations and cross-functional initiatives, improve business processes, and support the adoption of AI tools and automations.
Responsabilidades
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other business teams.
- Own and optimize RevOps processes, including CRM workflows, reporting, data accuracy, and operational routines.
- Monitor business metrics, identify bottlenecks, and turn insights into action.
- Support implementation and adoption of AI tools, automations, and workflows; identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Structure projects by defining tasks, owners, timelines, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, documentation, and internal processes.
- Own operational and ad hoc initiatives from planning through execution.
Requisitos
- At least 1 year of experience in RevOps, Business Operations, Product Operations, Project Management, or a similar role.
- Fluent English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities and align stakeholders.
- Comfortable working across data, processes, systems, and teams, with a hands-on approach.
- Tech-savvy, with an interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
