Market Research Manager
Build and lead the market research function for a European digital healthcare platform. Own competitive intelligence, public-source research, social listening, financial analysis, and actionable recommendations for marketing, product, category, and leadership teams.
Responsabilidades
- Maintain a live competitor map covering positioning, pricing, categories, clinical models, fulfillment, and emerging market activity.
- Research competitor customer journeys, including sign-up, pricing, communications, packaging, and post-purchase experiences, using public channels and approved legal boundaries.
- Track competitor traffic, revenue estimates, funding, acquisitions, financial performance, and spending patterns.
- Assess the results of competitor launches and experiments before recommending whether the business should follow them.
- Lead social listening and convert patient sentiment, category demand, and competitor discussion into inputs for marketing, product, and category decisions.
- Manage research requests through a shared Jira board, including scoping, deadlines, prioritization, and roadmap coordination with Business Development.
- Produce industry briefs, monthly deep dives, quarterly financial reviews, and rapid research responses for leadership.
- Provide evidence and research support during new-category and new-market planning meetings.
- Build the company’s market research function and establish repeatable competitive intelligence practices.
Requisitos
- 2–5 years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, strategy, or consulting.
- Strong research and analysis skills, including defining research questions, evaluating incomplete information, weighing sources, and reaching defensible conclusions.
- Commercial judgment and the ability to explain competitor behavior, assess its impact, and recommend appropriate action.
- Resourcefulness when researching private companies, multiple markets, and limited public information.
- Strong ethical judgment and experience conducting research through legitimate public sources.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, financial statements, analytics platforms, and turning detailed research into concise executive recommendations.
- Professional fluency in Hebrew and English; able to write research in English and present to leadership in Hebrew.
- Ability to prioritize requests across multiple teams, manage deadlines, and maintain focus in a fast-moving environment.
Se valora
- Experience in an IDF intelligence unit in a research or analysis role.
- Familiarity with OSINT and market intelligence platforms such as Similarweb, Semrush, Sensor Tower, Crunchbase, PitchBook, and social listening tools.
- German or French language skills.
- SQL or business intelligence fluency.
- Competitive intelligence experience in a direct-to-consumer, subscription, or e-commerce business.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated market.
