Lead CRM projects and oversee the design and implementation of CRM solutions, translating business needs into functional requirements and coordinating with business stakeholders and development teams. Full-time, hybrid position based in Israel.
Responsabilidades
- Lead CRM projects from requirements gathering through development, implementation, and adoption
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and define functional requirements and use cases
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Improve CRM processes and solutions to meet business needs
Requisitos
- At least 8 years of CRM systems analysis experience
- At least 8 years managing cross-organizational software projects
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field
- Strong experience writing functional specifications and working with development teams
- Deep understanding of sales and service processes
