Lead construction projects across R&D campuses in Israel, coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver safe, compliant projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. This is an on-site temporary assignment; the posting gives both 24- and 36-month durations.
Responsabilidades
- Lead multiple construction projects from concept through completion.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and risks.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, design-build firms, suppliers, and quality teams.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, permitting requirements, and company standards.
- Promote workplace safety and support incident investigations as needed.
- Turn business and technical requirements into practical, cost-effective, constructible designs.
- Apply modern construction practices and engineering solutions.
- Support sustainability, energy efficiency, and smart-building initiatives.
- Build stakeholder partnerships and contribute to operational excellence, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, with at least 4 years of relevant experience; alternatively, a master’s degree with at least 3 years.
- At least 3 years of construction leadership experience.
- Experience managing medium-scale construction projects or programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew.
- Ability to engage senior management and work hands-on when needed.
