Lead technology portfolio planning and governance, coordinate delivery with business priorities, and improve processes alongside product, operations, and leadership teams. This is a full-time, on-site role in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.
Responsabilidades
- Oversee the technology project portfolio and coordinate program planning with business priorities.
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks; track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Monitor budgets and resource utilization.
- Design and optimize technology processes; document standards and workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate project status and support decision-making with product, operations, and senior leadership.
- Ensure technology initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
Requisitos
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Advanced analytical and budgeting capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, including presenting updates and producing clear documentation.
- Familiarity with PMO methodologies, process design, and continuous improvement practices, such as Agile, waterfall, or hybrid frameworks.
Se valora
- Experience in financial services or fintech.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a PMO or process leadership role.
