Lead new product introduction from design maturity through serial production at a global technology company. The role combines hands-on engineering, team leadership, and coordination across mechanical, electronics, software, and operations teams.
Responsabilidades
- Lead NPI processes from design maturity through serial production.
- Coordinate with development, engineering, and operations teams locally and internationally.
- Lead DFM/DFX activities and implement manufacturing improvements.
- Manage engineering change (ECO) processes and first article inspection (FAI) activities.
- Ensure production readiness and manage BOMs and engineering documentation.
- Work with suppliers and subcontractors locally and internationally.
- Lead projects to improve processes, quality, and costs.
- Support engineering challenges, manufacturing issues, and escalations.
- Manage a small team while providing hands-on technical leadership.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering field.
- At least 5 years of engineering experience in an industrial, medical, semiconductor, or complex-product environment.
- At least 5 years of experience with NPI and manufacturing processes.
- Experience leading significant projects and/or managing a team.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Hands-on mechanical design experience with SolidWorks.
- Experience managing BOMs and engineering documentation, and working with PLM systems.
- Strong knowledge of DFM/DFX and manufacturing processes.
- Very strong English.
