Lead organization-wide IT planning, governance, budgeting, procurement, resource management, and portfolio oversight in a large, complex organization.
Responsabilidades
- Lead annual and multi-year IT planning processes.
- Develop work plans and budgets and oversee IT portfolios and investments.
- Define KPIs and control mechanisms, and monitor execution.
- Manage IT resources, procurement, vendors, and strategic partner relationships.
- Work closely with senior leadership and coordinate with corporate functions.
Requisitos
- 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 8 years in management and 4 years in senior management within large, complex organizations.
- Experience serving as part of a C-level management team.
- Experience managing a cross-organizational function, planning and control, portfolio management, or PMO within an IT organization of more than 300 professionals and multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience developing annual and multi-year work plans, setting objectives and KPIs, and monitoring execution.
- Experience managing significant budgets, including forecasting, performance tracking, and variance analysis.
- Experience establishing and leading governance frameworks, management routines, KPIs, and organizational controls.
- Experience working with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and vendors on complex engagements and contracts.
- At least 2 years of experience managing and controlling vendors and service providers, including their budgets.
