Lead the planning, governance, coordination, and execution of cross-functional technology programs and strategic initiatives. Partner with engineering, product, business, and executive stakeholders to drive delivery, alignment, and accountability across multiple teams.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the coordination, planning, and tracking of technology programs and software projects.
- Develop and maintain integrated plans covering milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and delivery schedules.
- Drive program governance and ensure initiatives remain on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
- Coordinate technology programs such as platform stabilization, infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, and AI adoption.
- Identify dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, and conflicting priorities, and drive mitigation with senior technology leaders.
- Create dashboards and reporting mechanisms covering status, milestones, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and delivery progress.
- Facilitate governance meetings, project reviews, steering committees, planning sessions, and executive updates.
- Maintain communication and alignment among technical teams, product management, business stakeholders, and executives.
- Track commitments, decisions, action items, milestones, and deliverables to drive accountability.
- Monitor program health, provide data-driven insights, and recommend corrective actions or escalations.
- Standardize and improve program management methodologies, governance processes, templates, tools, and practices.
- Lead post-project reviews, capture lessons learned, and incorporate improvements into future programs.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar role in a technology-driven organization.
- Strong understanding of software development and technology delivery processes.
- Experience working with engineering, infrastructure, cloud, data, security, and other technical teams.
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional and cross-company projects.
- Expertise in planning, dependency management, risk management, governance, and execution tracking.
- Ability to translate business requirements into executable technology initiatives and align business, product, and technology teams.
- Strong analytical skills, including the use of KPIs, metrics, and reporting to assess program health.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, create alignment, and drive accountability without direct managerial authority.
- Highly organized, proactive, execution-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
