Lead large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs by coordinating technical planning, execution, infrastructure, data readiness, validation, and process improvements.
Responsabilidades
- Plan and establish processes across multiple development teams.
- Coordinate technical planning, execution, and enablement for key programs.
- Manage timelines, validation, data readiness, integrations, and infrastructure work.
- Define, track, and analyze execution KPIs.
- Support roadmap planning by aligning feature scope with infrastructure capacity, data availability, and validation resources.
- Identify and resolve execution risks and technical blockers, including test failures, data gaps, integration conflicts, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
- Remove obstacles that delay delivery and help teams achieve strategic and technical objectives.
- Partner with management and engineering leaders to implement ongoing process improvements.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related engineering field.
- At least 10 years of experience working with engineering teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, collaborate across functions, and drive issues through resolution.
- Fluent English and Hebrew.
