Support enterprise-wide strategic priorities by coordinating initiatives, monitoring progress, and preparing decision-ready updates for executive leadership.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate enterprise strategic priorities with leaders across functions
- Track initiative performance, milestones, KPIs, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and monthly leadership updates
- Manage the strategic priorities dashboard and report progress to executive leadership
- Resolve cross-functional issues and foster alignment and accountability
- Maintain alignment with financial planning, the Annual Operating Plan, and the Long-Range Plan
- Develop strategic frameworks, processes, and tools to improve execution
- Advise senior leaders and support ad hoc strategic initiatives
- Partner with Investor Relations and Corporate Communications on strategic communications
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, life sciences consulting, or management consulting
- Experience planning projects and leading strategic initiatives, including in finance, commercial, or business development
- Expertise in management consulting methods and complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong project planning, governance, risk management, and execution skills
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of corporate finance
- Experience with life sciences analytics, IQVIA, and secondary data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Experience with project management tools and platforms
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive presentation skills
