Lead execution of a camera software portfolio supporting advanced driver-assistance and autonomous-driving programs. Coordinate software, hardware, systems, suppliers, and customer-program stakeholders to deliver predictable, high-quality releases.
Responsabilidades
- Manage technical execution prerequisites, including specifications, firmware, initialization sequences, test setups, and supplier deliverables.
- Own software execution across multiple platforms and customer programs from roadmap and requirements through development, integration, validation, release, and production readiness.
- Build and maintain integrated plans for features, bring-ups, integration, diagnostics, safety mechanisms, and platform releases.
- Set priorities and support capacity decisions across concurrent commitments; identify resource conflicts and secure leadership decisions.
- Lead quality and safety execution through ASPICE-aligned planning, requirements and test traceability, functional-safety activation, review readiness, defect follow-up, and evidence-based acceptance criteria.
- Manage risks and blockers across internal teams and external suppliers, assigning accountability and driving closure.
- Lead technical decision forums and communicate scope and schedule impacts.
- Establish execution governance with dashboards and tools, including automated planning, dependency, and release tracking.
- Provide decision-oriented status reporting to technical and executive stakeholders.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or another relevant technical field.
- At least 5 years of technical project or program management experience in a complex software-development environment.
- Experience owning multi-project roadmaps, integrated schedules, dependencies, risks, resources, and executive reporting.
- Strong understanding of the software-development lifecycle, requirements, integration and validation, CI/CD, release management, and configuration or branch management.
- Experience with systems engineering and cross-layer hardware-software integration, including the ability to understand technical architecture and challenge execution plans.
- Ability to lead through influence, align technical stakeholders, resolve ambiguity, and drive decisions without direct authority.
- Excellent communication, planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent English and Hebrew.
Se valora
- Experience in automotive, autonomous-driving, embedded, or safety-critical software development.
- Knowledge of Automotive SPICE, functional safety, or cybersecurity.
- Experience with hardware, silicon, or sensor suppliers.
- Familiarity with camera systems, image sensors, board or sensor bring-up, SerDes, diagnostics, or other low-level domains.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, roadmaps, dashboards, and execution reporting.
